1.Why are there products shown on the website, but they are unavailable when I make a phone call or consult online?
Due to internet latency, real-time seat availability for select itinerary routes may not update instantly on our website. Before finalizing your reservation, we strongly recommend verifying availability with our travel consultant. If seats are unavailable, our consultants will recommend other suitable itinerary for you.



2. Why do prices on the website differ from those quoted during consultations?
Our website displays standardized package pricing based on fixed itinerary configurations. Price variations may arise when customized elements like stay duration, meal plans, or room categories are adjusted. 




3. Why does a '6-day tour' itinerary only include 4 days of actual sightseeing? Is there a discrepancy in how travel time is presented? /Flights arriving at midnight should technically count as the next day's arrival - why are they still billed as a full day?
Our itineraries strictly adhere to international travel industry standards and official tourism regulations. The advertised 'day count' includes all mandatory travel segments (round-trip flights, transfers) and is calculated using natural days (local time zones). 


4.Are all itineraries strictly fixed in duration? Can I customize the schedule based on my personal needs?"

5. .Is it allowed to leave the airport during international layovers?
Generally not permitted for international layovers. If you wish to exit the airport, you would need to apply for a local transit visa in advance.
