Withdrawal from the group

(1) If canceled more than 60 days before departure (including the 60th day), the full amount will be refunded;
(2) 30-59 days before departure (including the 30th day), if canceled, the company will charge a 10% handling fee;
(3) 18-29 days before departure (including the 18th day), if canceled, the company will charge 50% of the amount receivable on the registration order;
(4) If all car and hotel reservations have been confirmed within 17 days before departure (including the 17th day), the company will not refund the travel fees you paid, and you can substitute friends to participate.

After Zelle and bank deposit, please send us the name of the payer and a screenshot of the payment;    
For checks, please take photos and send them to us. The check needs to be taken from both front and back, with all four corners exposed.
