Cancellation Policy

(1) Full refund if canceled 60 days or more before departure (including the 60th day);
(2) A 10% service fee will be charged if canceled 30–59 days before departure (including the 30th day);
(3) 50% of the total booking amount will be charged if canceled 18–29 days before departure (including the 18th day);
(4) Within 17 days of departure (including the 17th day), as vehicle and hotel reservations are fully confirmed, the paid travel fees will not be refunded, but you can transfer the booking to a friend.

After using Zelle or making a bank deposit, please send us the payer’s name and a screenshot of the payment confirmation. For check payments, please take photos of both the front and back, ensuring all four corners are clearly visible.
