How to Pay | Regarding Refunds

|  Bank Wire Transfer

Refunds will be transferred to the account provided by the payer (the name on the account must be the same as the original payer's name, along with the name of the opening bank and the bank account number. If the name of the refund account is inconsistent with the original payer, a written explanation is required). It takes 5 working days.

| Check Payment

Confirmation with the finance department is required. For details please communicate with the customer service staff of C&O Travel.

|  Bank Transfer / Cash Deposit

| Alipay

Refunds will be transferred back to the original payment account. It takes 5 working days.

| On - site Payment

On - site cash collection (Please make an appointment with us in advance for the withdrawal time. Withdraw money at our company with the original payer's valid identification and the receipt issued by our company) / Refund by transfer (You need to mail the receipt to our company and provide the name identical to the original payer, the opening bank, and the bank account number). It takes 5 working days.

Remarks:

1.After receiving the guest's written refund application and verifying it is correct, the finance department will process the refund for the guest within 5 working days.

2.After the finance department finishes processing the refund, an email will be sent to notify the guest's ordering email. The actual time for the refund to reach the account is subject to the processing of the bank or the payment platform.
