Today you will go to the airport to check in for your flight to Nairobi. Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for rest. Early in the morning, after a delicious breakfast in the warm sunshine, we will head to the Mount Kenya Hotel. Mount Kenya, the second highest mountain in Africa, stands quietly on this vast land like an ancient and mysterious giant. It is covered by dense forests that are home to a wide variety of rare flora and fauna. When you arrive at Mount Kenya Hotel and check in, you'll be able to enjoy local specialties for lunch.
After lunch, we specially arranged an interesting Equator Ceremony. Here, you'll stand on the line of the equator and experience the amazing feeling of pedaling two hemispheres. You can see the magical change in the direction of rotation of the water in the northern and southern hemispheres due to the different rotational deflection forces of the Earth, a wonderful gift from nature and an unforgettable experience of science and fun on this trip.
In the afternoon, we will head to the Mount Kenya Hunting Club. With a long history and rich cultural heritage, this club is not only a place for leisure and entertainment, but also a place of love and care. The animal orphanage here is home to many wild animals who have lost their parents or injured for various reasons. You can get an up-close look at these cute and fragile little creatures and see how the staff take care of them and help them get back to health.
At the end of this fulfilling and meaningful day, we return to the hotel to rest.
Itinerary: Loisaba Private Reserve → Lake Elmentalta
After breakfast, drive to Lake Elmentalta [Loisaba Private Reserve], located in the East African Rift Valley, next to Nakuru National Park, with 48,000 hectares covered with bushveld and savannah. 3/4 of Lake Elmental's lakeside area lies within the reserve, which is primarily responsible for the conservation of Rothschild's Giraffe. The Pine Scattering Private Reserve was established in 2008 and officially registered as a non-profit organisation in 2009. Currently, the reserve is home to 450 bird species and more than 50 species of mammals. Over 100 endangered Rothschild's giraffe are active in the reserve, representing 10% of the total number of wild Rothschild's giraffe in the world today.
Lake Elmental is home to a rich diversity of more than 69 species of rare waterbirds and 29 seasonal migratory birds. Itinerary: Masai Mara National Game Reserve → Masai Village Tribe
Early in the morning, after a hearty breakfast, we will drive to the famous Masai Mara National Game Reserve, one of the most famous wildlife habitats in the world and one of the largest wildlife reserves in Africa. Here, nature's ecological balance is on full display, with millions of herbivores such as wildebeests, zebras and antelopes living here on water and grass, while carnivorous beasts such as lions, cheetahs and hyenas wait for their chance to move in the shadows, enacting a brutal but exciting battle for survival. The abundance of species in the reserve and the spectacular scenes of the Great Migration attract countless visitors from all over the world every year, giving people the opportunity to witness the most primitive and shocking side of nature up close.
After enjoying the magnificent scenery of the reserve, we will go to visit the most primitive tribe in the East African savannah - [Masai Village Tribe]. The Masai are one of the most famous nomadic people in East Africa and have survived on this land for centuries with their unique culture and traditional way of life. The Masai Village Tribe is like a living history museum, preserving the purest African primitive style.
After lunch, we will head back into the park for a thrilling safari chasing wildlife tracks. Travelling in a specially designed vehicle, we will travel through the reserve in pursuit of those rare animals.
As night falls, at the end of an exciting and fulfilling day, we will check in to our hotel to rest and reflect on this unforgettable day in a cosy and comfortable environment.

After breakfast, take a small plane to the Kenyan-Tanzanian border for immigration formalities and then fly to the northern part of Tanzania's Serengeti National Park, where upon arrival you will be able to follow the Great Migration along the Mara River. If lucky you will have the chance to see the famous ‘Crossing of the Rivers’.
The‘Crossing of the Rivers’refers to a particular season of the year when millions of herbivores such as wildebeests, zebras and antelopes march from the Serengeti grasslands of Tanzania to the Masai Mara grasslands of Kenya, with the Mara River being a natural hazard that they must cross on their way to migrate. These spectacular river crossings are known as the ‘Crossing of the River’.
Today we head out in search of the animals with a professional driver-cum-guide. During the dry season, millions of wildebeest and zebra are often seen migrating through the Mara River to Kenya in search of water, a spectacular sight.
After breakfast, visit the heart of the Serengeti. This has always been a favoured location for international brands such as Louis Vuitton and Gucci for their advertising campaigns, and it is also the only park where the Great Migration takes place. The Serengeti is Tanzania's oldest and most popular national park and is famous for the annual migration, when the hooves of six million animals trample across the open plains, with more than 200,000 zebras and 300,000 Tonto gazelles joining the herd on their trek in search of fresh pasture. After the migration, however, the Serengeti shows its true colours as Africa's most dramatic game reserve: large herds of buffalo, small herds of elephants and giraffes, and thousands of wranglers, East African impala, impala and kudzu gazelles make for a spectacular sight. After breakfast, proceed to the world's largest caldera ---- Ngorongoro Crater, a perfect closed ecosystem with an extremely rich fauna inside, and the perfect ecology inside the crater creates an excellent tour experience completely different from the Serengeti, such as herds of elephants in the caldera, black rhinoceros, and so on.
After breakfast, we experience a Manjara country walk and have a far reaching view of the East African Rift Valley from the viewpoint of Lake Manjara and continue to Arusha, arriving for a Chinese lunch and an afternoon tour of the Arusha Coffee Plantation, where excellent quality Arabica coffee is grown. Walking into the coffee plantation, a strong aroma of coffee hits you, a unique blend of earthy fragrance, sunshine and the mellow flavour of the coffee beans themselves. 1. Please ensure you arrive at the boarding location 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. The bus will depart on time without waiting. Arriving late will be considered a cancellation, and fees are non-refundable.
2. The boarding and disembarking times indicated are estimates, and the final locations are subject to our confirmation. Any changes due to traffic or other special circumstances will be communicated promptly. Please be patient.
Luggage & Vehicle:
We operate various types of vehicles, including buses, mid-sized buses, and 9-seater minibuses. While large buses have luggage racks, mid-sized and minibuses have limited space. We recommend carrying only essential luggage to ensure one seat per person.
Please note that in many cities, bus stops are often situated a distance from attractions to avoid penalty. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Refunds and Changes Policy
Trip Cancellation Policy
ü Full Refund: Cancel your trip 60 or more days before departure.
ü Processing Fee Refund: Cancel between 30 and 59 days before departure, and a 10% administration fee will apply.
ü Partial Refund: Cancel between 18 and 29 days before departure, and 50% of the total order amount will be charged.
ü Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 17 days of departure are non-refundable due to confirmed vehicle and hotel bookings, but a friend can be substituted in your place.
Additional Notes
ü The cancellation policy does not cover tours that include airfare and cruises, as they are governed by the respective airline and cruise line policies.

Explanation of Additional Charges
Ø If the airline alters its fares due to policy changes, you will be required to pay the difference in accordance with the airline's regulations. Please note that group tickets are not eligible for changes, exchanges, or refunds.
Ø Should the policy adjustments of the destination country result in additional costs for items not included in the itinerary or related services, the price difference must be settled in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Change of Booking Policy:
In cases where guests are unable to join the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., transportation breakdowns, illness, weather changes), we will strive to minimize losses, but we cannot assume the costs associated with these changes. Specific guidelines for visa changes are as follows:
1. Over 59 days before departure: No fees apply for extensions, itinerary changes, or name changes.
2. Between 30 and 59 days before departure (inclusive): A 10% fee of the total tour price will be charged for extensions or itinerary changes.
3. Within 30 days of departure (inclusive): No fees for name changes if the guest finds a replacement; however, if we assist in finding a suitable replacement, a 25% fee of the total tour price will be charged as a visa change service fee.

If you choose to participate despite our advice, we assume you are medically fit. Individuals aged 65 and above should be accompanied by family members, and minors by their parents or guardians. 2. In case of personal or property safety emergencies abroad, seek assistance from the tour operator, local government, or relevant organizations. Costs incurred will be your responsibility.
3. In case of a sudden illness during the trip, the travel agency will make every effort to arrange for your prompt medical treatment. However, due to the unique conditions and time constraints of outbound tourism, the agency may not always be able to fully cater to your specific requirements or take you to your designated medical institutions. 6. When participating in attractions or free activities in foreign countries, please ensure to follow the instructions of your guide and take note of relevant safety tips. Choose activities that are suitable for your physical condition and refrain from engaging in any activities that may be harmful or pose a risk to your health. Travelers with the following conditions are particularly advised to exercise caution: those with a history of cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, mental illness, asthma, cervical spondylosis, or any recurring health issues not mentioned. Additionally, individuals over 55 years of age and pregnant women are discouraged from participating in activities such as sea travel, scuba diving, swimming, surfing, hiking (including climbing), rafting, skiing, horseback riding, paragliding, hot air ballooning, helicopter rides, desert buggy rides, desert motorcycling, sand dashing activities, cross-country trekking, cable car rides exceeding 10 floors, aerial tramway rides, thrill rides in amusement parks, and any activities involving close contact with wildlife. III. Personal Property and Shopping Risks
1. Exercise caution in safeguarding your personal belongings and property. Avoid leaving the group without authorization and keep valuables with you at all times. If your property is stolen, we will assist in reporting to the local police, but cannot guarantee recovery or bear any losses.
2. If you purchase goods in countries offering tax refunds, retain your tax refund receipt. Our leaders and guides can assist with filling out forms and escorting you to refund locations, but success is subject to the destination country's policies.
3. Any bank processing fees for shopping cards are non-refundable. If such fees occur due to returns, we kindly request your understanding.
