Welcome to Australia! Upon arrival, fill out the entry application.

Free pick-up time on the day of the tour is a fixed time (In case of changes, please communicate with customer service staff in advance, other different times for paid pick-up, please know!) Thank you for your understanding.

Head to Bondi Beach, the famous beach in Sydney's East End, where the 1-kilometre-long soft-sand beach is surrounded by cliffs on both sides and is the best place for sunbathing and surfing. At noon, visit [Sydney Fish Market] (lunch excluded), the largest seafood market in the southern hemisphere, offering a variety of fresh and delicious foods every day, bright and clean shops and ready-to-eat restaurants can be found everywhere, you can buy a variety of delicacies in different shops.

Then go to the Royal Botanic Gardens to visit the legendary "Duchess McCauley's Chair", which is located directly opposite the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, making it the best place for taking photo. Visit the landmark Sydney Opera House (inside, 30 minutes). The Australian government invited design proposals from around the world in 1956 and finally selected 233 works from 32 countries to design the work of Danish architect Jon- Usson. It was officially completed and opened on October 20, 1973 and was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2007. Then visit St. Mary's Cathedral, the oldest Catholic church in Australia and the largest in New South Wales (no entry during religious services, please do not take photographs), with its 107-metre long and 46.3-metre high central tower, which is typical of medieval Gothic architecture. Located in the center of Sydney, Hyde Park was originally built in 1810 and the towering trees in the park were planted when the park was established. It features a large area of manicured lawns, which is a good place for locals to rest and relax at midday. In the center of the park, the Archibald Fountain was built to commemorate the alliance between China, France and Australia in World War I, and a group of bronze sculptures of religious legends are placed.

Afterwards, go to the Port of Lovers Pier and take the [Port of Lovers Cruise] to enjoy the famous Port of Lovers, feel the pleasant and fresh sea breeze, and enjoy the waterfront mansion areas and bustling urban vistas on both sides of the port. On the cruise, you can see the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge from different angles, and enjoy the beautiful scenery while enjoying a three-course western meal.

Blue Mountains National Park - Sydney Tower

After breakfast, we will drive west to the Blue Mountains National Park, about 100 kilometers from Sydney City (cable car ticket included), once praised by Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom as "the most beautiful place in the world", consisting of a series of mountain ranges covering an area of nearly one million hectares. Blue Mountains National Park is part of the Greater Blue Mountains region, which includes seven national parks and was declared a World Heritage Site in 2000. Then continue to Echo Valley for the best view of the Three Sisters peak.

In the afternoon, return to Sydney to explore the CBD of the Southern Hemisphere - Sydney Tower: the tallest building in Sydney's central business district at 305 meters, located on Market Street between Hyde Park and the Queen Victoria Building, which is the best vantage point for panoramic views of downtown Sydney.

After dinner, we will transfer you back to the hotel for rest.

After breakfast, flight to Cairns, upon arrival visit the Kuranda Rainforest Ranch, which features Aboriginal dances, musical instruments and throwback dart performances, Aboriginal musical instrument performances, then take an amphibious vehicle to visit the rainforest trails, lakes and Aboriginal Cultural Park.

Then visit the Royal Tropical Botanic Garden, which has the largest variety of plants in Australia, based on the North Queensland rainforest, with a large number of southern subtropical species that will surely feast your eyes.


Day 6

Cairns - Green Island - Norman Outer Barrier Reef (Double Reef Sailing)

After breakfast, head to the pier for a cruise on the sea. Double Reef Day Tour (Approximately 2 hours on the Green Island Great Barrier Reef and 3 hours on the Outer Barrier Reef with lunch.)

Please pay attention to personal and property safety during the free and easy period! Snorkeling and diving are high-risk activities and are not covered by insurance companies, so please choose carefully according to your own situation.

World Natural HeritageGreat Barrier Reef Introduction to the Twin ReefsWe will arrive at Cairns Pier early in the morning and take the Great Adventures, a smooth and fast luxury cruise to the green island of the Great Barrier Reef and the Outer Barrier Reef. A luxury high-speed catamaran cruise takes you to beautiful Green Island, a unique coral island with rainforest scenery, in about 45 minutes. After a 2 hour stop at Green Island, the cruise continues to the Outer Barrier Reef. Rental snorkel gear is available on the Outer Barrier Reef platform and you can take a semi-submarine or glass bottom boat ride to see the amazing underwater world (choose one of two). You can watch the video about the ecology of the reef and observe corals and tropical fish in the underwater observatory.

Lunch: Seafood Buffet on the Cruise. Hot tea and coffee will be provided on board before the cruise; morning and afternoon refreshments; enjoy a sumptuous seafood buffet lunch at noon;

Take an early flight to Tulamanli International Airport and drive to [Dandenong Ranges] [PUFFING BILLY] [Phillip Island] [Nobby Point Waterfront Boardwalk] [Little Penguin Hospice Homing Center].

Take in the spectacular ocean views from the Nobby Point Boardwalk or use an interactive camera at the Ocean Discovery Center to see Australia's largest soft fur seal colony at Seal Rock, 2km away. Fairy Penguin Homing Center: The fairy penguin is one of the smallest of the 18 known penguin species and lives mainly in southern Australia, mostly in the Philips Island Reserve, 180km southeast of Mexico. The little penguins go out to sea in groups every day to fish, leaving early and returning late. At sunset, walk along the boardwalk to the beach and wait for the little penguins to arrive at their nests. At dusk, penguins can be seen coming ashore in flocks, vigilantly swaying their small bodies in search of their nests. The nests are staggered and scattered in small holes under the boardwalk or in small mounds.

After breakfast, drive to the Great Ocean Road and the Twelve Apostles Rock (about 20 minutes). The 12 sandstones jutting out of the surface of the South Pacific Ocean have been carved by nature into 12 rocks that look like human faces and have different expressions after thousands of years of waves and sea breezes.

Lorne, a vacation destination that Australians have always loved, the sun and sand beaches are unforgettable.

"Lockard Grand Canyon" Here you can see the rocky landscape of the canyon close, and you can go down the ladder of the canyon to the sea and take a walk to enjoy the scenery.

Tips: The Great Ocean Road sea line is about 4 hours, the high-speed is about 3 hours, and the sea wind is relatively strong, so we recommend that you bring a thick jacket to keep warm.

Melbourne - Queenstown

In the evening, take the SKYLINE to the highest point in Queenstown to soak up the charm of this world-famous tourist destination and enjoy a seafood buffet dinner at the top of the mountain (the restaurant was voted one of the best restaurants with a view by CNN).

After breakfast, drive to Queenstown and head to Glenorchy, the gateway to the magical world where spectacular scenery and natural beauty have made it the setting for blockbuster movies including the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

In the afternoon, travel to Arrow Town, a gold rush town in New Zealand that was developed in the 19th century and at its peak attracted 7,000 people to pan for gold. The gold mines have been emptied, but the town's 19th century buildings remain intact. Sycamores, oaks and riverside willows, colorful in autumn, attract photographers from around the world and make it one of New Zealand's most beautiful and charming towns. Today, the quaint old house has been transformed into designer shop, craft shop, garden café and specialty restaurant, creating a relaxed and romantic atmosphere, and we arranged to take a stroll here.

We'll fly into Auckland, the gateway to the North Island, and visit the America's Sailing Cup Village and Yacht Club. Auckland is one of the world's most famous harbor cities, with the largest number of sailing boats in the world, and is known as the "Sailing Capital". The United States Sailing Cup Racing Village, developed to commemorate winning the America's Cup in 2000, has also been the site of previous America's Cup sailing events, with winning sailboats parked at the entrance to the Racing Village. On the way, you will pass Auckland's landmark Bay Bridge, New Zealand's largest steel bridge, connecting the north and south shores of Auckland, which are bisected by the harbor. Visit Mount Eden, 196 meters high and the best vantage point overlooking the city and harbour, an extinct volcanic crater in the heart of Auckland, named after Auckland's first Earl, George - Eden, which last erupted 15,000 years ago.

Vitama Glowworm Cave - Hobbit Village

After breakfast you will drive to Vitama Glowworm Cave. The Firefly, a member of the Coleoptera family, is a small beetle with a fluorescent tail. There are about 2,000 species of insects that can emit light from their tails. These cave complexes are formed by the soft limestone that has been washed away by underground streams over thousands of years, with stalactites growing from the ceilings, stalagmites rising from the floors of the caves, and cone-shaped layered rocks formed by dripping water over hundreds of years. The thousands of fireflies on the cave wall are like a flickering Milky Way.

Visit Hobbit Village, One of the filming locations for "The Lord of the Rings" and "The Hobbit". In the movie, it is transformed into a quiet town, Shire. The real Hobbit Village is located here and has been rebuilt to include a total of 44 Hobbit caves, including important movie scenes such as the Pocket Bottom Cave where the Hobbit Bill lived.

Special Bonus: [Polynesian Volcanic Hot Spring] (about 1 hour), s a famous geothermal hot spring in New Zealand (please bring your own swimsuit). (Since the hot spring is a gift , if the guest chooses not to participate due to his/her own reasons, it will be considered abandoned and the fee will not be refunded).

Visit "Hell's Gate" - Waiotap Geothermal World,which has a rich geothermal landscape. You can see steaming fumaroles and mud pools tumbling in the heat waves and can also walk in the footsteps of ancient Maori warriors and see Kakahi Falls, a hot water waterfall in the southern hemisphere, which was once a place for Maori warriors to recuperate after returning from the battlefield, and the hot water containing sulphur healed their wounds and washed away the "wounds" of war.

Go to [Royal Ageton Farm] and take a ranch car to visit this 350-acre ranch, where you can get out of the car to feed alpacas, ostriches, red deer, sika deer, wild ducks, and cute little sheep and cows, and experience real ranch life. Walk to the top of the farm to overlook Lake Rotorua. Visit the farm's kiwi orchard and taste New Zealand's unique and delicious olive tea and 100% natural farm honey.

Drive to beautiful Lake Rotorua to see the largest of Rotorua's 13 volcanic lakes and the second largest freshwater lake in the North Island. It is teeming with trout and black swans, mallards and gulls. Visit the City Hall Garden, the most medieval Elizabethan building in the United Kingdom overseas, with perennial flowers, lush and green grass. It is also very pleasant to walk in this beautiful and clean park.

Afterwards drive back to Auckland where you will check into your hotel for a rest.

Special Notes:

1. Please note that the order, attractions, flights, and accommodations in the itinerary are subject to change based on practical considerations. The final itinerary will be confirmed by our company prior to departure.

2. We reserve the right to make necessary adjustments to the itinerary, or apply additional charges due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to airline schedules, visa requirements, government policies, and weather conditions.

The flight numbers and times provided in the itinerary are indicative and may undergo reasonable adjustments during actual implementation.

Meeting & Departure:

Ø Please ensure you arrive at the boarding location 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. The bus will depart on time without waiting. Arriving late will be considered a cancellation, and fees are non-refundable.

Ø The boarding and disembarking times indicated are estimates, and the final locations are subject to our confirmation. Any changes due to traffic or other special circumstances will be communicated promptly. Please be patient.

Luggage & Vehicle:

Ø We operate various types of vehicles, including buses, mid-sized buses, and 9-seater minibuses. While large buses have luggage racks, mid-sized and minibuses have limited space. We recommend carrying only essential luggage to ensure one seat per person.

Ø Please note that in European cities, bus stops are often situated a distance from attractions to avoid penalty. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Bus Safety Tips:

1. No smoking on the bus.

2. Prohibited items are strictly forbidden.

3. Avoid touching vehicle items to prevent damage.

4. During stops, please adhere to the guide's instructions and stay close by.

5. When disembarking, ensure windows are closed and valuables are with you. The travel agency is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

If a vehicle breakdown occurs during the tour, affecting the itinerary, the travel agency will take swift remedial action. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Refunds and Changes Policy

Trip Cancellation Policy

ü Full Refund: Cancel your trip 60 or more days before departure and receive a full refund.

ü Processing Fee Refund: Cancel between 30 and 59 days before departure, and a 10% administration fee will apply.

ü Partial Refund: Cancel between 18 and 29 days before departure, and 50% of the total order amount will be charged.

ü Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 17 days of departure are non-refundable due to confirmed vehicle and hotel bookings, but a friend can be substituted in your place.

Additional Notes

ü The cancellation policy does not cover tours that include airfare and cruises, as they are governed by the respective airline and cruise line policies.

ü Failure to arrive on the departure day will be considered a voluntary cancellation, and no refunds will be issued.

ü Refund policies for additional hotel bookings or services are subject to the individual hotel's policies.

ü Personal reasons such as incomplete documents, visa issues, late arrival, illness, or accidents resulting in cancellation or failure to participate in the trip will not be refunded or compensated with alternative services.

Handling of Special Circumstances

In cases where the trip cannot proceed due to force majeure events like weather, war, or strikes, our company prioritizes guest safety and has the right to cancel or modify part or all of the trip. We assume no direct or indirect responsibility for such events, and any paid fees are non-refundable.

Explanation of Additional Charges

Ø If the airline alters its fares due to policy changes, you will be required to pay the difference in accordance with the airline's regulations. Please note that group tickets are not eligible for changes, exchanges, or refunds.

Should the policy adjustments of the destination country result in additional costs for items not included in the itinerary or related services, the price difference must be settled in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Change of Booking Policy:

In cases where guests are unable to join the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as transportation breakdowns, equipment issues, government strikes, illness, accidents, weather changes, or other personal reasons, we will strive to minimize any losses, but we cannot assume the costs associated with these changes. Here are the specific guidelines for visa changes:

1.Over 59 days before departure: No fees apply for extensions, itinerary changes, or name changes.

2. Between 30 and 59 days before departure (inclusive): A 10% fee of the total tour price will be charged for extensions or itinerary changes.

3. Within 30 days of departure (inclusive): No fees for name changes if the guest finds a replacement; however, if we assist in finding a suitable replacement, a 25% fee of the total tour price will be charged as a visa change service fee.
